Privacy Policy — MotoLog

MotoLog is a maintenance and ride-tracking app for motorcycles and scooters. We take your privacy seriously: MotoLog is built "local-first."

Data we process

All your data (vehicles, maintenance, history, invoices, rides and GPS tracks) is stored on your device and, if you enable it, synced via your private iCloud account. This data:

• is never sent to our servers (we have no server);
• is never sold, shared, or used for advertising.

Location

Location is used only to record your ride track, while a ride you start is in progress. Positions are stored locally and never transmitted to any third party.

Photos and documents

Invoices and documents you add are stored locally (and in your private iCloud).

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple (App Store). We have no access to your payment information.

Usage analytics

The app may use anonymous, aggregated analytics to improve it. They cannot identify you and include none of your personal data (no rides, no maintenance).

Your rights (GDPR)

• Delete your data: delete the app (local data is erased) and, if needed, remove the app from iCloud in Settings → iCloud.
